About Us
Fitness For Wellness was founded in 2014 by Susie Cole. Susie has specialised in functional movement and rehabilitation, maintaining various qualifications in this field, supporting her clients goals in achieving movement and mobility to be able to do the things they want to do for longer, pain free.
Susie holds a Master Trainer Certificate from the Australian Institute of Fitness and is an accredited Rehab Master Trainer. She holds registration with the National body, Fitness Australia (registration number 083811).
Susie was awarded the Fitness Australia ACT #ActiveAchievers Award in 2016.
